Today I went to my kids school and taught a first grade class. I wasn't feeling my best today, kind of had a headache all day and not feeling too well. I enjoyed the class and had a good day. After school I just took a nap and cleaned up my house a little bit. Jeff came home with some food and groceries so I was glad I didn't have to cook anything tonight. I have to get up early the next couple of days to sub at a high school and to take a test on Saturday. Hopefully I will be feeling better. Jeff has an interview on Wed. and he also talked to the Georgia guard about a job there.

I'm a little nervous because all of my family has been feeling sick lately and I don't want to catch it. I have been spraying lots of clorox around the house and putting hand sanitizer on my hands. I teach in the schools so I have to be careful there as well. Today I was with a third grade class and it was really fun. Tomorrow I have a kindergarten class to go to. My husband, Jeff is sick today. I am kind of glad he didn't fly to Alabama this week because I need him to help me take care of the kids and get them to school. I have some early days that I have to be at some schools. One of the high schools I go to this week starts at 7:30 and the Praxis test I am taking this Saturday starts at 7:30 as well. My house has been kind of a disaster so I try to get little things done when I get home from school. One thing that I am thankful for in the schools is saying the Pledge of Allegience every morning. I am thankful for America and the wonderful country that I live in and the beauties that surround me everyday.

Hello today is Sunday and I posted on my facebook how I missed Diane's baby blessing today by attending the wrong church, I finally asked around and found out it was the new church down the street. I made it right after the babies blessing so I missed it, but then we had a nice time at their home eating some lunch that Diane fixed for everyone. It was really good food, barbeque sandwiches, fruit, salad, dessert, and all the trimmings. It was so nice to see Daren and Berit, Dion and Summer, my mom and dad, Ryan's family and many other people there. I was sad that my camera's battery was not working so I didn't get any pictures taken. I'm so thankful for a wonderful family and Diane's beautiful baby girl. My husband and children stayed home because of the sicknesses they had. They are feeling much better now and will go to school tomorrow. I sub all week at different schools, a high school and elementary school this week. Jeff has a interview comming up and he had a ticket to fly to Alabama this week so he might have to reschedule his flight. Hopefully we will hear about a job opportunity soon.

Hello, Today I taught a first grade class and tomorrow I will have the same class all day. I enjoy first grade but they sure are active. Lauren's friend from church had her appendix burst recently and she is in critical condition so we need to keep her in our prayers. It is a beautiful, clear day today and so pretty outside. I walked our dog Teddy for a while in the neighborhood to get a little exercise. I subbed half a day so I got out at 3:30 this afternoon. Jeff is going to talk to a Reserve Unit on Friday so hopefully we will hear something about work or going to a military school. He gets paid while he goes to military school and he wants to put in for Ranger School. I cooked some fish tonight because I love fish but I don't usually cook it very much because my husband and kids dislike it.

Today is Saturday and kind of layed back day for me. Jeff had national guard this weekend so he had to get up early and I slept in for a while. My kids slept in too, Heather was spending the night at a friends house. When we finally woke up we cleaned the house and I ran to Walmart to get a few groceries for tomorrow. I made a chocolate cake this afternoon and did lots of loads of laundry. Lauren switched rooms again so she could have her own room. She cleaned up the rooms and shampooed the floors so it looks better. I read some of the book Jeff bought and was reading about Charles Shultz biography, it is a pretty interesting book to read. I also went over my primary lesson for tomorrow that I teach.

I thought it was a airplane crashing at first. The streak was really bright and really high in the sky comming straight down--I ran and got Jeff to look at it and he said it is probably space junk --it could be a meteor or something. I thought it was kind of cool to look at.
